Ohm is a nurse by training. She spent 10 years in clinical practice, and another 17 years in the medical & pharmaceutical industry, hence she is very well acquainted with health wellness and illnesses. Even though medicine was great, side effects and limitations too were part of the package. She strongly believes that, “The greatest medicine of all is to teach people how not to need it.”

So began her search for a more holistic, self-empowering way of self care. Her beginning with Reiki is one that is quite unexpected. What began as just-have-a-look-and-check-it-out session, led her to be where she is today.

Ohm is a Reiki Master under the traditional Usui Reiki lineage. She also teaches meditation and sound therapy with the Himalayan Singing Bowls, where she was trained by a Grandmaster in Nepal.

Having the knowledge in western medicine and energy therapy puts Ohm in the advantageous position where she is able to connect the two modalities and administer the treatment in the most effective way. Her desire is to assist and empower individuals to take charge of their own self and health, thereby bringing balance to their overall well-being in mind, body and spirit.
